Support Coordination is an NDIS-funded support that helps participants understand and use their NDIS plan. It's one of the most commonly funded capacity building supports.
What does a Support Coordinator do?
A Support Coordinator helps you:
- Understand your NDIS plan and budget
- Find and connect with service providers
- Coordinate different supports to work together
- Build your skills to manage supports independently
- Resolve problems with services
- Prepare for plan reviews
Support Coordination Levels
The NDIS funds three levels of Support Coordination:
